These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Erb N Dub website and the purchase and use of products sold by Erb N Dub.
The website and store are operated by Erb N Dub (Peter Chapman), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
Throughout these Terms, “Erb N Dub”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Erb N Dub.
By using this website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
Erb N Dub primarily sells digital music-production products, including but not limited to:
• Audio sample packs
• Drum samples and loops
• Serum, Serum 2, Vital, Massive and other synthesizer presets
• VST, VST3 and AU plugins and instruments
• Software instruments and romplers
• Ableton Live projects and templates
• MIDI files
• Preset banks
• Educational and production resources
• Other downloadable digital content
Unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page, no physical product will be supplied.
2. PURCHASING DIGITAL PRODUCTS
When you place an order through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors or misuse of our website.
Prices may be changed at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been completed, except where required by law.
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are normally made available for download or access following successful payment.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used when purchasing.

4. DIGITAL CONTENT AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Consumers purchasing online normally have certain cancellation rights. Different rules apply where digital content is supplied immediately.
Where you request or agree to receive immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to the supply of that digital content beginning before the end of the applicable cancellation period.
You also acknowledge that once supply of the digital content has begun, you lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase under the standard cancellation period.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

5. REFUNDS
Because our products are digital and are generally supplied immediately, we do not normally provide refunds for change of mind once digital content has been supplied.
We will, however, comply with our obligations under applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot reasonably be supplied as advertised, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

6. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS AND COMPATIBILITY
Some Erb N Dub products require specific third-party software, plugins, DAWs, operating systems or versions of software.
Examples may include Ableton Live, Serum, Serum 2, Vital, Massive or other third-party software.
Where requirements are stated on the product page, it is the customer’s responsibility to check those requirements before purchasing.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with software, operating systems, DAWs or hardware that are not listed as supported.
Third-party developers may also update or discontinue their software. We cannot guarantee that an Erb N Dub product will remain compatible indefinitely following changes made by third parties.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
7. LICENCE TO USE OUR PRODUCTS
Unless a product states otherwise, purchasing an Erb N Dub product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied sounds and content in your own music productions.
You may use our samples, sounds and presets to create original musical works, including commercially released music, subject to these Terms and any additional licence supplied with the product.
You may process, edit, layer, manipulate and incorporate our sounds into your own music.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright in the original Erb N Dub product or its underlying content to you.
8. PROHIBITED USE AND REDISTRIBUTION
You may not:
• Resell our sample packs, presets, plugins or other products.
• Share purchased products with other people.
• Upload the original files to file-sharing websites, cloud-sharing services or other distribution platforms for others to download.
• Redistribute our samples or presets individually or as part of another sample pack, preset pack, sound library or competing product.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original source files.
• Copy or repackage our products for resale.
• Make purchased products available to third parties, whether for free or for payment.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute our software except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
• Use our products in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Erb N Dub or another person.
You may, however, use licensed sounds as part of your own original musical productions in accordance with these Terms.
9. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and products sold by Erb N Dub, including audio recordings, samples, presets, software, graphics, artwork, text, branding and other original materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Except for the licence expressly granted to customers, all applicable rights remain with Erb N Dub and/or the relevant rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to the customer.
10. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Some products may require or interact with third-party software.
Names and trademarks relating to third-party products remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless specifically stated, Erb N Dub is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party software manufacturers simply because one of our products is compatible with their software.
Your use of third-party software remains subject to the terms and licences of the relevant third-party provider.
11. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, demonstrations, compatibility information and other information on our website are accurate.
Audio demonstrations are intended to demonstrate the type of sounds or results that may be achieved using a product.
Your individual results will depend on factors including your production techniques, software, processing and creative decisions.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a product is not as described.
12. DOWNLOADS AND BACKUPS
Customers should make appropriate backups of downloaded products.
Where possible, we may assist customers who lose access to a previous purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that every discontinued or historic product will remain available for re-download indefinitely.
13. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login details.
You must not knowingly allow another person to use your account to access products they have not purchased or otherwise been licensed to use.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
14. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time, we may offer sales, promotional pricing, bundles, discount codes or other special offers.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
Discounts generally cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases completed before a promotion began.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or promotional errors.
15. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website and download services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a temporary technical problem prevents access to a purchased product, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide another appropriate means of delivery.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Subject to those rights and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Erb N Dub will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by incompatible third-party software or hardware where the relevant product requirements were clearly disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
17. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE
You must not knowingly:
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other malicious software.
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to obtain products without paying for them.
• Circumvent security or download restrictions.
We reserve the right to restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers, products or intellectual property.
18. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment providers according to their own privacy policies and terms.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions where necessary, including to reflect changes to our products, services, website or applicable laws.
The current version will be published on this website with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights that applied to a completed purchase.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory legal rights relating to the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove those rights.
21. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Digital Products Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
