DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

All products sold by Erb N Dub are digital products, including but not limited to sample packs, audio files, presets, sound banks, templates, project files, VST/AU plugins, software and other downloadable content.

No physical goods are supplied unless specifically stated on the product page.

Cancellations and Downloads

Under UK consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. However, different rules apply to digital content that is supplied immediately.

By purchasing a digital product and requesting or agreeing to receive immediate access to the download, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

You also acknowledge that once supply of the digital content has begun, you lose your right to cancel the purchase under the 14-day cancellation period.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and are made available for download or access immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once the digital content has been supplied.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description, or cannot reasonably be supplied as advertised, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, this may include providing a replacement download, correcting the problem, supplying an updated version, or providing an appropriate refund or price reduction.

Software and Compatibility

For software products, plugins, presets, templates and other products that require third-party software or specific computer systems, customers are responsible for checking the compatibility and system requirements stated on the product page before purchasing.

A refund will not normally be provided because a customer does not own the required software, has purchased a product for an incompatible operating system or DAW, or has not checked the stated system requirements before purchasing.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. Where we can verify a genuine duplicate purchase, we may refund the duplicate transaction.

Download or Technical Problems

If you experience problems downloading, installing or accessing a product, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement download or help resolve the technical issue.

Unauthorised Sharing

Purchasing a product gives you a licence to use the product in accordance with the licence terms supplied with that product.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright in the original samples, presets, software or other content.

Products may not be redistributed, resold, shared, uploaded, copied or made available to other people except where expressly permitted by the applicable licence.
